Run 116 - West of Shilo and South of Central

It’s Tuesday so it’s my long run day and I wanted to get in at least 8 miles.  The route I made came up with 8.6 and that was close enough.

I started out at 6am and it was still plenty dark.

Wow, I hadn’t noticed that this place had become a pot shop.  I think that spot must be in the county.

This neighborhood north of Central was new to me. 

Some have really big yards.

Some have big driveways.

A stream along Central.

Mostly all duplexes through here.

The apartments are creeping closer.

I’m entering a senior living neighborhood.

Our new medical school.

Inter-mountain Medical.

Something going in next to REI.

Heading north on the Shilo bike path.

Got it finished with only one close call.  That’s when I was crossing Shilo at the Monad roundabout.  A truck stopped for me and the woman in the car behind him didn’t think she would so started passing him on the right.  I saw it coming and paused but was far enough out that she was forced to stop.  She might have spilled her coffee.
