Run 068 - Some South of Central

It was a Wednesday night run with the Rim Runners and as it was the 2nd Wednesday we meet at Pioneer Park.  I’ve run all the streets that are nearby but made up a map anyway to do some streets south of Central Ave. near Central Park.  It’s just under 1-1/2 miles to get there but doing those streets and the run back gives up the 5 miles or so we usually do on these Wednesday runs.

Brad and Shelley were happy to join me on this route and we had a really good time chatting away and enjoying the sights, seeing things along they way on streets we don’t normally travel on.  Here’s some photos from along the way.

I really like the varied yard art.

Some of the street are dead ends.

Electrical substations are great.  I want to do some sketching of one of these.
